Dearc sgiathanach was an angustinaripterine rhamphorhynchid pterosaur known from Middle Jurassic rocks in Scotland. It is one of the largest known long-tailed pterosaurs, with an adult wingspan reaching nearly 3 meters (10 feet). Like other angustinaripterines, Dearc had a long snout lined with widely spaced, stout, conical teeth, specialized for capturing larger fish.
