  • How are your products made?

    Nearly all of our items are printed on demand. When you place an order it is sent to a printer for production. Someone then creates your items using one of several methods including DTG (direct to garment) and sublimation printing. The production process generally takes 1-3 days, depending on demand and supply.

  • I need to change something on my order. How do I do this?

    Don’t panic. But be quick. If your order hasn’t been sent to the printer yet, there’s still time to change it.

    1. Send an email to info@252mya.com
    2. Email subject should be “Change order”
    3. Include order number
    4. Include detailed change request
  • Returns

    Because our items are made-to-order, we only accept returns with production defects. If your item has a defect, please do the following:

    1. Send an email to info@252mya.com
    2. Email subject should be “Return”
    3. Include order number
    4. Include detailed description of defect
    5. Let us know if you want a refund or replacement
    6. Include a photo of the defect along with full photo of item and any tag that is on the item
    7. Refunds and replacements will be requested immediately and should ship or credit within a few days.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    We ship worldwide, although occasionally logistical reasons prevent us from shipping to particular places.

  • Where can I track my order?

    When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We have live shipping rates that reflect the cost of shipping to your particular destination and also reflect the shipping speed you choose in checkout.

  • Why have I only received part of my order?

    When you place an order, we make sure to get things to you as fast as possible. If you order multiple items, they may come in separate packages. You should be able to track each package.

  • Will I be charged taxes when my package arrives?

    Some countries place a customs charge on incoming packages. If your tracking information shows that your package may be stalled at a particular location, contact the shipping company or your post office.

  • Shipping times

    Most customers receive their items in 4-6 days. Because our items are printed on demand, you must factor in the production time, which is on average three days. Periods of very high demand or such emergencies as a global pandemic, could cause delays.

  • Safety

    Our printing partners are keeping their employees and your items safe by implementing government-mandated actions and guidelines such as providing masks and gloves to employees, spacing work stations at least 6 feet apart and staggering work shifts.

  • Delays

    Because the supply chain and labor conditions have been negatively impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, there may be delays in your order. This includes both production times and shipping times. Face masks, neck gaiters and apparel are the most impacted by the pandemic.
