Parahelicoprion stock image
Parahelicoprion was a cartilaginous fish with a whorl of teeth in its lower jaw resembling a saw blade. Whorl-toothed fish lived in the late Paleozoic, and although they looked like sharks, they were actually more closely related to living ratfish.
